SIGMA 18-250mm Lens,
So simple yet so difficult. Lens was stuck at 200mm and when I saw it, I knew the fault, that one bush was loose inside that's why it got stuck. I also knew that I have to open whole lens. But as I have started disassembling it, I was amazed, shocked and terrified that how much I need to open it. But it was like ONION. After every layer another layer needs to open. So had to unscrew every screw seen. Had to peel off every layer and at last found the culprit. I was right about BUSH but it was not just loose it was broken. And it's one of its own kind so had to made ONE JUGAAD. But seriously after making that one, I felt accomplished, just like the original one. I can say if someone else open it that someone even can't tell the difference in between original and the bush made by me.
When you disassemble something like this you need your all concentration in this, but my luck ay assistant wan on leave so I was supposed to do entire work. So took More then required time but eventually I am at peace after seeing its beautiful result.
