NIKON 200-500mm lens. Sent to me from my client in Karnatka.
Despite its big size, lens has simple mechanism if you understand it. Last evening I opened it for first time for whole cleanup. Each and every element had fungus. And I had to open it complete screw by screw. But that wasn’t easy. While I was in process, I got stuck in between, one barrel was not coming out, and guys it was like I had almost tried every thing and still it wasn’t coming out. And it took me one hour to recognise what is the problem. And when I see it, I laughed on myself that why did not I think in this way. But after seeing that and solving the equation. Took me another two hours to clean it and reassembled it. Although it’s already 11:15pm but I enjoyed it. After month or two I got something challenging which tested my patience, skills, and my hard work. Learnt many things during operation. And it’s much more then Money.
